The sessions of the UNFCCC committee were nothing short of remarkable. With only two experienced participants among the delegates, the majority were first-time conference attendees. This presented both a challenge and an opportunity for growth, as the Chairs dedicated themselves to guiding the delegates step by step through the rules of procedure and the dynamics of committee work. Though demanding, the effort proved immensely rewarding.

The Chairs are proud to highlight the delegates’ impressive level of engagement. Despite their inexperience, the participants showed great enthusiasm and determination, even conducting more than eight rounds of Q&A in a single day. Each delegate displayed unique strengths, and several stood out for their exceptional contributions.
Best Delegate was awarded to France, whose consistent activity, confidence, and willingness to introduce amendments made a significant impact throughout the conference.

Outstanding Delegate was awarded to Japan, whose creativity, strong interventions, and readiness to contribute added great value to the discussions.

Honourable Mention went to Indonesia, whose thorough research, well-crafted operative clauses, and compelling speeches set a high standard for others.

Finally, Best First-Timer of the entire conference was awarded to Russia, recognizing an extraordinary debut that demonstrated both potential and commitment.

We are incredibly proud of all the delegates for their dedication, growth, and achievements. Their energy and hard work truly embodied the spirit of diplomacy and international cooperation.
