How to apply and get funding?
Description
This course focuses on the key elements of every project proposal: objectives and Erasmus+ priorities (how to align your school’s needs with them), partners (who can in the best way contribute to your project – choose the appropriate organizations), activities (how to plan them according to the defined objectives), results (the expected outcomes of your activities), finances (which category your project fits best?; plan the expenses); dissemination and follow-up (how will you promote your project?; can your project continue after the formal ending?).
Goals
The main goals of this course are to:
- introduce the participants to the Erasmus+ priorities
- learn to distinguish objectives and activities
- determine the project’s objectives and results
- plan the project’s activities
- explore the distribution of funds and the expenses.
- plan the dissemination of the project’s activities and results.
Learning outcomes
The course will help the participants to:
- understand the features of Erasmus+ KA2 category
- distinguish the Erasmus+ priorities and learn how to align them with their school’s needs and the objectives of the project
- define the objectives of their planned KA2 project
- determine the expected results of their project
- plan the activities that will lead to achieving the objectives
- elaborate the funds for each work package
- explore the different dissemination activities and adjust them to their project
- create the follow-up plan for their project
- evaluate their project based on the Erasmus+ guidelines.
